What does your morning look like? I started mine with a delicious bowl of oats n berries 🤤 (not pictured here, I also had egg whites & spinach ... i'm sorry did you think our nutrition plan would leave you hungry? HA!) interested in learning more while you're stuck at home?
1/4 cup dry oats (1/2 cup water, 1-2 mins in microwave)
1/8 cup (14g) chopped walnuts
2TB Oat Yogurt
1/4 cup berries
12oz Lemon/Ginger/Cinnamon Water
