We have OFFICIALLY SWITCHED OFF of Mindbody and onto WellnessLiving!
MB has been with us for our entire 8 years! BUT WellnessLiving was created by former Mindbody clients who solved pretty much all of the things we wish for today! It's amazing.
Here’s what you NEED to know:
Scheduling/Registration:
YOUR WELCOME EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT! Look for an email from Fit FRIENDzy Studios (deskdiva@bethefitfriend.com), with the subject "ACTION NEEDED: Update Your Password for Schedule Access in Our New Platform!" It's time to change your password but ALL YOUR ACCOUNT INFO WILL BE THE SAME!
ONLINE SCHEDULING - IS NOW OPEN (virtual is closed through Sun 5/1 but check out this blog post for a special deal!)
We are still cleaning things up (including links on our website) so simply Email us if you have any issues booking!
We have a NEW APP so go ahead and delete the old one then download the new one (links in the Welcome email)
Our virtual platform has transitioned back to ZOOM, but OTHERWISE NOTHING ELSE CHANGES! You will get the email ahead of class and you’ll see a virtual icon next to the class name
CAREGIVERS! You can now sign up for your little! We'll first need to create profile for your littles so we'll let you know what info we need and the next steps, for now follow the usual process
Policy & Account Info:
No-show & late-cancel fees will be automatically charged immediately (no-show = when that class ends). As always, if life happens just email us and we'll chat about a reversal. This just means be sure to scan or check in with a Diva at the Tiki!
Late cancel window is 4 hours for all classes except Specialty, which are non-cancelable
We have an ACH payment (direct from bank) option now and you won't need to have a credit card on your account if you use it. We're offering a $10 account credit for switching over! email us if you are interested
We also have amazing enhancements as a result like pick a spot in class, rewards programs, challenges, and MORE!
