Today we're spilling a WHOLE pot of tea as we dive into our newest format Piloxing. By nature, this class incorporates elements of boxing and Pilates to work on building endurance, balance, coordination, and muscle toning, however the various presentations allow students to focus on what works best for them.
On Mondays at 6:30 the signature Piloxing format (SSP) will be taking up residency on rotation opposite Pound. This is a 45-minute class that alternates between boxing basics, pilates, and dance with some floor and ab work mixed in. This is a great way to introduce yourself to Piloxing if you're a new or intrigued student.
On Wednesdays at 6:30 you get a 60-minute sampler! Dina, Katie and Davis rotate through to level up your workout with a mashup of the other 3 formats we have at our home Piloxing Booty, Piloxing Barre, and Piloxing Knockout. These formats are designed to kick things up a notch and work your body in all kinds of fun ways. Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and get ready to open up a whole new world for your workout.
