But they are not included), pick any workouts you want! Hal Elrod put it best: ... I think that at the same time while there is value and there’s an energy with the new year, it’s like, wow, New Year, new beginning, I’m going to make this a great year. It’s all kind of arbitrary. It’s just every day, how do you make every day the best day of your life? And if you focus on showing up in a way where you make every day the best day of your life, literally, in terms of how you show up, how you perceive your day, then that’s how you create the best year of your life, year after year after year, it’s one day at a time... So, that's what we're going to do. Put in motion the actions needed to make our DAYS add up to a HECK of a month (or, life?)! 4 weeks of setting, and achieving, goals!
