Zumba Step®

The Zumba music you know and love, with the added bonus of an aerobics step (step optional)! This is a HIGH intensity, high impact aerobics class which combines traditional Step Aerobics moves, and DANCE!

What to Expect:

Be AWARE of your surroundings (the step, your fellow FRIENDz). This is fast-paced and unsafe setup/awareness can't be tolerated
