What to Expect
The Zumba music you know and love, with the added bonus of an aerobics step (step optional)! This is a HIGH intensity, high impact aerobics class which combines traditional Step Aerobics moves, and DANCE!
You don't have to use a step! ALWAYS take care of your knees by stepping off the step one foot at a time.
