What to Expect

Don't be fooled by the chair :). Zumba Sentao combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your "partner." A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles (especially your core!), improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process.

Starter Tips

No need to do the push-ups or step-ups at first, but you'll want to!
