UniCOREn Camp (Core Boot Camp)

Who doesn't want to be a Unicorn? Well, other than that, who doesn't want to BLAST their CORE while rotating between strength & cardio/plyo-based HIIT (high intensity interval training) moves? No one. No one doesn't want that. :)
