Total Body Tabata®

This time efficient workout HIITs the spot for fitness FRIENDz of all levels! This workout uses Tabata® blocks (20 seconds of high energy work, followed by 10 seconds of rest) with strength and cardio blends to push yourself to be your BEST self. Focusing on FORM is key for this class. The Tabata® formula builds muscle, increases aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and increases calorie burn up to 12 hours after this workout. Let's get moving and rise to meet the challenge!
