What to Expect
Upper body focus, with the amazing benefits of Tabata-style training (All-out extreme intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Usually done in 8 rounds).
Pace yourself and modify! Always ask for help if you're unsure of a move! This class uses equipment, so get there early to set up!
