Cardio boot camp!A GREAT option for those looking to get their cardio in without having to pretend they're backup dancers or boxers :) In PEAK HR (aka. Pummel Extra Annoying Kilo-Calories Heart Rate training), we'll work your heart rate up and down like peaks, multiple times throughout the class, then "cool" you down with a toning blast!
