What to Expect
~30 minutes utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality. FUZZY SOCKS ARE REQUIRED and facilitate fluid �drag� or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore are spent on your hands/knees/toes without a Yoga Mat. The room will be no warmer than typical Buti and certainly not Bikram hot.
Drink water before class (the poses promote detoxification)! MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR FUZZY SOCKS! Trust us, with the right amount of distribution between your hands, core, knees & feet ... you WILL succeed. Drop to child's pose if you ever need a break!
