~30 minutes utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality. FUZZY SOCKS ARE REQUIRED and facilitate fluid drag or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore are spent on your hands/knees/toes without a Yoga Mat. The room will be no warmer than typical Buti and certainly not Bikram hot.
THICK SOCKS REQUIRED. MUSIC CAN BE EXPLICIT! It is NOT meant to offend. There is minimal instructor modification provided, we suggest taking other classes before Buti. Men allowed based on referrals only. Do NOT take if pregnant.
